Well all back together, but on wrestling with the plenum, i chipped the paint on the rocker cover :thumbdown: Will have to mask everything off and prep and repaint that part, i cant be arsed to take it all off again :glare:

 

All back together with new injector loom on, still got to finish the throttle cover project, but theres plenty of time for that when the engine is in the car.

Need a few new hoses here and there with some new clips to finish the look.

That's why I favour bare metal - just polish any scratches out!

In fairness I did look at at and remember thinking it was very smooth. That's the thing with subtle changes - you know it looks good but your not always sure why!!

I know what you mean mate and silver is actually my favourite colour, but having it yellow will be slightly different as there arent that many yellow ones.

 

When the car and engine bay is painted the same colour it should all come together nicely.
