wheel nuts and spacers

hi i put 5mm spacers on my girl friends fairlady import and kept the same nuts and not put longer studs in, can u help in would this be ok...

    mine are the same you can put longer nuts on but dont think you need too?

     

    5mm is not that much of an increase really
