Right, i spent a bit of time under the bonnet today... I swapped the ptu with one that andy isherward kindly bought round.

 

Lots of cleaning of as many connectors as i could get to and lots of fiddling and there is now no more hesitation!

 

I took her round the ring road a couple of times, and booted it a little bit, and she seemed quite happy.

 

I will slowly take her on a few more longer and longer runs to make sure that all is well.
