please consider the darkness of the tint first and dont even bother with the fronts, it makes teh zed such a pain in the ass to drive a night, nighttime parking is awful.

It's illegal to completely tint the front windscreen, and there are limits on the side windows. The law had a purge on it a bit ago....

what about for tints that were done before the law came into force?

 

Still have to come off, i think u need to be able to have 70 percent light comming through.

Yeah front two windows should let 70% light in...but iv seen this on cars and it just looks like a normal window tbh. Rear windows can bee as dark as you want them.

 

Both mine and my fathers cars have darker front tints than allowed and we've never had any problems with the police or MOT. (iv been stopped by essex police because of my number plate, they saw i had really dark windows but didn't say anything) Guess its down to the officers.

AutoPro Centre in Rainham (walden avenue, RM138DS). They use American SunTek and Johnson films, did great jobs for me before.
