Spark plugs for NA

Which spark plugs do you have/recommend for NA Z32's?

 

Reckon I will change mine shortly but not sure whats in her at present nor what to fit.

 

Also any recommendations for oil filter and oil type?

    paid fortune for mine compared to other cars ive had when seviced i was told good for 100,000 miles is that true or did i have my trousers pulled down?
