rear end jumping

dont get to drive 300 much, but noticed rear end very loose when i do get a ride,i have adjustable struts all round and on way to japfest a load of supras came flying up so i fancied annoying them as they wouldnt let me be ahead of them so like a wasp i kept leading them and annoying them it came to a head on flat part of m4 nothing in front but had to ease off as rear end seemed like it was bouncing around which scared jesus out of me,255/40/17 on back not best tyres have to admit on the rims? its like coming off a bend or roundabout alittle beans and back end bouncing
