After loosing my job at the end of Feb it has become apparent i can no longer afford to run my zed. The fuel cost is too much and the £180 a month insurance is crippling :( I'll keep the zed off the road intill i find a new job, but my fears are, with a £200 a month loan repayment i will have to sell her if i dont get a job within the next 3 months :(

Very sad times

Yeah, sorry to hear this bud.

I'm sure a lot of people on here can sympathise with this - even if you have a job at the moment, there's no guarantees. You might just have to do anything you can to get by at the moment, but stick in there, don't loose heart and something will come up eventually - just don't give up. Sometimes things happen for a reason - when you land the job of your dreams a few months down the line, you'll look back and see things differently. But I doubt that is any consolation at the moment.

Look on the positive side though mate - you're young, have good health and a roof over your head. And there's enough Zed members within reach of you who can deliver a shot of VG30DETT medication should you require it.

Good luck mate, hopefully you'll get things back on track soon! :gunsmilie:

Less than 24hrs after posting, i've got myself a job!! Its Forklift Driving, same as before, only agency atm, but full time and £8 an hour. BUT the if the company take me on full time in the future, its £10+ an hour and up to 47 hours a week!!

Thanks for all your messages of support! I think all the good luck worked!!

Great news mate!! Nice one.

Just opened this thread and was ready to offer a bit of moral support. Glad to hear it's not needed now. Nice one on the new job buddy. Good times :-)
