manual conversion parts list

could anyone give me a list of parts that go with the manual conversion so that i can get it ready for jjr this weekend, just so i know i have gave him everything he needs

    off the top of my head : gearbox + bolts (duh), clutch friction/pressure plate (plus bolts), clutch fork and retainer spring, slave cylinder plus rubber boot/pipe work, thrust bearing, flywheel, flywheel bolts, spiggot bushing, metal plate that goes between gearbox/engine, clutch pedal assembly, booster (if using), brake pedal, propshaft, gear linkage (gear stick, metal plate thing for it, upper and lower dusts boots, gaitor) erm, thinks that's about it?
