So my black zed is nearly ready for sale therefore i will put up a for sale ad for forum members before i release it to the likes of pistonheads with a higher price of course. Your thoughts and value please i am simply selling as i have 3 zeds at the moment and i only need one and with the summer just around the corner this will be a good selling point for this car.

OK then details below

1995 SWB targa roof Manual TT

128k km

will come with 12 months mot and 6 months tax

17in Speedline alloys very good condition

Performance cone air filter not sure what make its blue maybe Blitz

Cat one alarm with proof of installation paperwork, The alarm also has a built in turbo timer so you can activate the alarm and walk away with the engine still running.

Front Ksport calipers and disc conversion plus uprated rear discs and redstuff pads. (about £1000 worth of brakes)

95 table top rear spoiler

electric rear Hicas so no leaks

Top Speed full stainless exhaust system lovely exhaust note not overly loud

Steering wheel will be uprated with Nismo one and boss from Vodkashots

I have a new ac pod coming also as the old one was falling apart inside and the pod holder is brand new as the hazard mounts were damaged as normal.

Stereo and cubby hole will also be installed

engine is totally standard running 280bhp

The car is running very well with nothing amiss

Now some of you may remember that when i took the car in the guy had been told that the turbos were blown. this was not the case and it was a case of the garage not knowing zeds. The car was running on safety boost hence only producing 240bhp and has a det sensor fault which was causing the safety boost. This has now been fixed and the ecu reset so it is now back up to full boost and power :)

The only car is have found to judge the price against is a SWB auto on pistonheads so your view please

if i didnt already have 2 zeds, i would be happy to pay between 3k and 4k for that, so you probably want to ask a little more as i'm a tight git

Been in this one and have to say its a tidy motor, and when the boost is called upon, it doesn't disappoint. And those wheels, very nice set.

But will it sell?

Cant seem to sell anything these days...

If it sells it sells if not ill keep it on the car park till someone wants it. At the end of the day its a shorty manual TT later spec surely the its what a zed was meant to be?

I know what your saying.

I'd put it up for £4995 and keep it at that until it sells.

Cheers Jim :)
