Going by the engine pic I would say it is a TT. But it does have an NA bumper, doubt its anywhere near 400bhp as well.

door sill bent,shunt to rear bumper and the front bumper looks like its been cut and raised up.

i would say the car has be understeered into a curb.which ripped off the front or cracked it. tahts a stillen non turbo front splitter i think, thats been glued on to cover the cracks or what have you
