The looms are run in the wrong places and been choped to buggery.

 

And that fuse :shock:

Oh dear lol, the tps wires need sorting properly and heatshrink, the fuse needs to be replaced, they obviously used a bit of wire to make the circuit. Lots of tidying up to do.

Take a look in the faq section for pics of the engine bay and wiring, will help you get it back to where its supposed to be.

Pretty sure that fuse should be like that,i.e thick wire loop-usally blue wire it's a fusible link.

That vac pipe in the first pic (AAC?) is badly flattened.

 

I'm not quite sure what your pointy at in the last picture so, top hex pipe is brake booster next one done is oem boost gauge and the last one goes to the hard pipes at the front iirc.

What's the black box next to the fuse box?-white plug each end...........

 

Looks like a relay for some aftermarket fogs or something like that?
