Post-Tsunami Japan Tyre prices = ouch.!

Getting some AD08's for my NSX for... and apparently prices had shot through the roof. ??

 

pre-Tsunami it would have been around £640 fitted... now getting quoted £750 + fitment...

dilemma... as I don't want other rubber on that car....

 

Am I having my chain yanked, or is this the reality right now?

    I dont think so. I run BF Goodrich Gsports on my Z and tried to get a set of 275/35/18 locally and none were even available. On line I was quoted almost $500 for two.

    Just spoke with Camskill and they say that product is flowing again and they are quoting pre-Tsunami prices again... phew...
