I am looking to change out the standard intercooler system in my zed and wondered if anyone could give me advice on what to get, what not to get etc.

All personal experience and advice would be appreciated.

I changed mine for the autobahn88 on ebay. Never had any problems with it and it did give me a better response on the standard tubs.

Think it was around £250 ish. Well worth it tho. Took my car from 328bhp to 347bhp.

Toyosport did a decent one for £225.

Dont think they still sell them tho.

They list them noe for over £1000!

if you are getting a front mount , ensure that the inlet and outlet pipes are as straight as possible with no 90 degree bends ....FMIC top brands like Border and GReddy are very very good but expensive , the side mount upgrades like Pace with the correct ducting are easier to install , do not restrict air flow to the cooling rad and not as easily damaged by stones and road debris......FMIC look way better in my opinion
