water and oil temp

i was looking at removing the stndard water temop gauge from the cluster and fitting an aftermarkrt(more reliable one) i take it this is simply a case of removing the cluster popping the old one out and popping the new one in and using teh existing cables?

does anyone produce a combined oil and water temp? seems a good idea. im guessing taht would require a sandwatch plate and sender tho?

final question what exactly should i be looking for gauges wise? any spefic types to look for i want to keep teh look fairly stock and dont want to brake the bank

    cheers andy that gauge is great with the alarum aswel just a shame they dont do a combined water and oil temp tahtw ould have been the ultimate
