I was working in the boot area of the swb yesterday and was about to take the spare wheel out and I thought it look a bit flat

So took it out and found this small pouch

And inside found this small compressor

Plus the space saver looked so cute lol

Do all swb zeds have these space savers with compressors and do some lwb have them?

didnt think spare wheels actually fitted the cars i got a puncture and it wouldnt go over the brakes and the brakes are only standard and sso was the spare wheel, i thought this would never happen with a german car lol

great find!:thumbup: i dont carry a spare it wont fit over me front brakes anyway.

Its why were all here bud :punk:. nice feature and very Japanese i reckon,what other country except Japan would think of that ??

i had to chuck my compressor as it didn't work!! You lucky bugger!! (if it works).

 

And of course this is an alloy space saver as opposed to the steel ones in the estate version!!!

I have two Baz one for each zed:biggrin:but keep them in the garage incase they go of in the zed (long passed there sell by date)

my gsi came with one of these as well and some jump leads, I think they were expecting something to go wrong :lol::lol:

soz then gaz... thought you'd be against it

 

I put one up for sale a while back which iirc escalated into a several page squabble over why no one should have them and that I was stupid selling it. Needless to say it didnt sell. :shifty:

Sit in the car with the spacesaver on your knee and pump it up then send your wife out to change the wheel:laugh:
