Check that the solenoid is working, when you press the button and have you got enough juice in your battery, window motor might be struggling with lack of power

yes mate battery is excellent, have you got any spare door locks with keys also?

No Mate, i dont, infact i dont even use my door locks with a key, just the fob key.

You might have a problem with the power window amp in the door, how does the frivers window seem.

Does both windows move at the same speed ?

I would check the voltage of the current getting to them, even disconnect

one of them and try a separate power source and see if the move any faster.

You should have solenoids in the door as standard for the central locking, but yes mine are triggered from the fob with the alarm.

yeah i have central locking, did you fit the alarm and remote central yourself?

No the Toad alarm was already fitted when i got the car.

An idea for the pass door not locking, check the bottom left fuse, is your interior light on when you open the door?

got to the bottom of it but not sure how to fix it,

the central locking is working fine but the only reason the passenger door is not locking is the catch is not moving over enough, its moving but needs to move a very small amount more to lock, you can see the difference in the catch moving on the central locking to moving the lock catch on the door, just needs to move over a tad more, it doesnt feel sticky although i will try wd40 later unless i get better advise, thanks

can you bend a rod or something to make it pull tighter?

Dont want to state the obvious here but it sounds like a bit of lubrication is needed on all moving parts. Electrics seem to be working.
