Hey there!

 

That to me sounds like you've got a problem with one of the injector connectors. Over time the connectors corrode and become brittle due to the location that they're in and hence from time to time one or more of the injectors aren't working properly. I have similar problems on mine but only at startup. After running the car a little while the roughness/lumpyness goes away. To remedy the situation, if this is indeed your problem, is to replace the connectors. You can buy them from your local Nissan dealer (expensive option) or order them from Courtesy Nissan in the US (http://www.courtesyparts.com)
