Ok, my drivers seat it twisting my spine and poking me in the right kidney!
I had the seat out of the car at the weekend and noticed the back rest part is twisted to the left, pointing me towards the centre console.
Also, there's something hard poking at me from the right bolster.
The seat doesn't go up and down either, something is mechanically broken. I was just living with this for the time being.
So, I wondered how easy it is to strip the seat to the skeleton and foam then replace broken parts and rebuild? I'd also remove whatever is poking me.
I've noticed lots of seat parts on ebay. It would be easier just to get a new seat I guess, but they don't usually come in singles and they weigh a bit, so wont be cheap to courier.
Replacement seat funds don't currently exist as I just spent money on discs, pads, shims and a caliper....oh and a spoiler, a knob too. So I'm kinda poor right now, hence trying to fix it.
