not too disimilar to the twinz one like carmad said.

 

the raised bit in the middle on the Twinz one is a bit smoother and likewise the horizontal slot is not as big, but i quite like it mate, don't see many about.

keep your stock one and go smooth with the badge removed,i had a nostril one for years but ditched it in the end and have gone stock again.
