Hi all, im just tinkering in the garage on the car trying to sort the one thing i cant fix, high idle!

ive just warmed car up to normal temp and have a reading of 3.4 Kohms which i believe is to high and shoould be down to about 0.38 or something? is it time for a new ECU temp sendor?

ive set the TPS up

set base idle to 500rpm with the AAC yellow connector discomnected. when i plug it back in it jumps up to 900rpm

cleaned throttle bodies

cleaned air regulator and reads 75 Kohms (which is normal)

reset Ecu

cleaned AAC inside

Im running out of what it could be?

cheers

James

dodgey tps plug clean and refit that cured my high idle after id changed everything related .

Not sure what the resistance should be but should go from 5-0volts as it reaches temp.
