Starting probs

Ive just recently started having problems starting my car, while it was in nissan having a new heater matrix fitted I asked them to try to sort it out but a week later they couldnt help me the ECU was showing no faults.

Ive been trying it all day and 9 out of 10 times it will start and idle fine but when it doesnt it just trys its dammed hardest but then I will try again and then it will start. A mate of mine had a look at it today and checked the fuel filter which had pressure so thats ok and ive had the relay checked out its ok the fuel pump is working and theys no smell of fuel, It seems more like fuel starvation.

Has anyone had a similar problem or any ideas because im pissed off with it.

Have you cleaned the terminals on the CAS & the two terminals on the PTU also take off the ECU sensor on the top of the two water pipes and give it a good clean and spray it with some WD40.This may put a stop to it,what ever it is don't let it get you down "keep the faith" don't forget you've probably got the fastest car in the road. smile.gif
