i ordered and received a new front bumper a month a go and i fort as it was nice weather when i got home i would start doing some prep work on it before it gets sprayed.

i took the side lights and dummy lights off my original bumper to make sure the fittings where correct which is when i found out the lights dont even fit in the holes made for them.

the dummy light holes are way to small and dont have anything if they did fit to screw on to, and the side light and indicator hole is way to big.

i dont know what to do i dont know if i can contact the place i got the bumper from to complain and get them to pay for it to be sorted or if i will have to pay a small fortune to have the work done any advice?

I'd contact the seller and tell them that your not happy and why. If the holes are to big or to small then you may find that this deems it unfit for purpose which if the case they legally have to refund as long as its in the same condition as when you bought it and you have the receipt. If you've done ant work prep or otherwise they dont have to take it back.

its in the same condition i got it i didnt even start on the prep work im glad aswell otherwise i would be even more hacked off then i am

Give them a call and see if they are willing to help. If their not then have a word with the citizens advice, but remember always stay polite even if they get narky! As an ex retail manager I was always far more willing to help someone who stayed polite.

yeah they are it still makes me laugh that it took them almost 2weeks to deliver and they are only what 15miles away and i payed for postage and they got a mate to deliver it for them for free i will send them an email explaining the problem and i will even offer to drive over to them and show them what is wrong if they dont believe me
