that belongs to a guy on here dosent it? the one who owns the nsx??

Yap

It's the cleanest zed I've ever seen !

Apart from that one not long back from America that had done like 600 miles and sold for stupid money!

wow, thats all i can say to that. wish i had the cash id snap that off him, 9k seems too cheap for a car in that condition.

Im gonna see how much they want for the one i spotted in Japan if they have that kind of price tag over here

is it just me or does the front bumper look like its been resprayed???? lovely zed though

Yes its my car.

I had 3 of them at the same time all low miles and in petty much the same condition. The black TT is now sold and went to a good home in the UK. I told the new owner about this site and think he has already joined up. The other two I have are both 99 Version S cars, one is N/A the other is TT. I cant keep both so which ever sells first, I will keep the other one, havent really advertised the TT one, just put a note at the bottom of the add.

To answer a couple of questions, 99 Version-S didnt come with a rear spoiler as someone already mentioned, the front bumper has not been resprayed as far a I can tell, and "Gonzo12c" this car would cost more to import from Japan as it stands today! There is a similar car for sale in Japan with 33,000miles, landed here in the UK with all duties etc paid, it would cost around £13,000. If you want me to get you a price for the car you mentioned let me know and I'll do the calculations for you no problem. As for the price of the one for sale, I'm open to a sensible offer, I've seen convertibles asking £6k and more with much higher miles and lower year so makes mine look not badly priced considering its much more rare and like something that rolled out of a Nissan showroom and its a genuine 1999 car.

And thanks for the positive comments guys! Much appreciated.

She is a minter and a shame you have to sell.

wonder if it was Phil that you sold the black one to?

It is ok i wasnt knocking the the price i think it is a bargain i just know where to get trade imports and i know of one that is for sale in Japan so out of interest i thought i would ask them how much for it as they have ASK for the price. May be worth some profit to me for future importing :)

If you mean me - then it wasn't me

Mine came from a private collection down south. It was one of a couple of cars purchased from the Sultan of Brunei.

thats cleared that up then

I put my '99 on Pistonheads last year for about 2/3rds of that price and got no interest.

Mine's done a lot more miles though. That one for sale looks like a superb example.

I know but hopefully either way I'll end up with one Version S!

The gentleman that bought the black TT was called Jon.

Lovely car but how boring does that look? May be I'm in a strange mood or the photos don't do it justice, but it looks incredibly dull and probably wouldn't turn a single head.

And for £9k, there must be at least 10 much better examples on this site at a fraction of the cost.

Sorry, but not for me even at £5k (unless it was to sell on of course).

Each to there own as they say!

Its stock, its not meant to look "exciting" and im sure those "better examples" are not stock, Modified to hell, had thousands spent on them, just to get it to the same stage this car is at. there are less than a handful of cars on this site that i can say are as original as this.

Personally for a unmolested zed that's been well looked after. a versionS as well, rare as rocking horse ****, i think its actually undervalued. ive never seen a zed with such stock clean wheel arches before, and im not sure i ever will tbh lol

Don't get me wrong; it's a fabulous example and clearly very attractive to many on here.

It's just that the grey exterior with the grey interior, and the NA stock look just doesn't do it for me. I think the main let down is the exterior colour actually.

Each to there own as you say!

I thought £9k was a reasonable price, but I actually thought it was the TT one  I have to agree with Vodkashots - what Shamaz said was a little insulting really, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

When I was looking for my Zed I saw a '99 plate TT with 20k (ish) advertised for £13k (purple one up manchester way if anyone remembers) and that got sold eventually.

Finding someone who is willing to pay that amount is difficult - but it doesn't mean its not worth it. If it was the TT version and I had the cash I wouldn't think twice. Opportunities like this don't come along every day.

Good luck with the sale Sudesh, lets hope it goes to a future member!

Thanks for the comments!

I have just reduced the N/A car, if you want the TT for £9k then its yours lol

Would love to see some pics of the purple one, very nice color.
