help help please........

hi all i have notice lately my temp gauge is only reading loookwarm

i had a rad hose perish last week so change it went to my local gge

got some more coolent and toped up all was good for a few days then yesterday or the day befor on my way to work noticed the temp gauge did not get as hot as norm but the heater for the inside of the car still works

 

So had a look tonight at work for a air lock found a litle one but nothing realy to wor about but i seem to be getting a foaming sort of froth comeing out insted

 

Any ideas please HELP :dots:

check the gauge sensor,usually the terminal cracks which causes the needle to read lower than it should,the sensor is the small plug on the water pipe which is directly in front of you looking at the cam belt covers.
