Erm, if its prices you asking for jap is way higher, infact double for me. Think its to cover the pricings for the 'different' parts, such as bronze glass instead of blue and so on....

    They r both on a G plate but me car might be on the road next summer mate. I have welded up me door handles today and put them on poppers. Looks F ing mint i will post pictures in the week, me car is really comin together now mate.

    Depends on were you are quoted, but generally is a little more for JDM.

    If you have an option, then UK would be best for insurance reasons, not just for premiums either ;)

    How do you have the option of Jap or UK ???

    Whether it is a Jap or UK car will depend on the orgin of the shell - not the parts bolted in it. The shell you got of Daz was a Jap one - wasn't it? So a Jap car it'll be.

    Presumbably you're thinking of swapping the VIN's - do they not have stamped numbers anywhere else on the shell?

    Been honist mate i was goin to change over the vins i know i should not but it prob not worth the hassel ,but i have to find the vins first. I am sure they r on the bulk head. Dus anyone know????

    be easier to leave it as a jap then cus if the insurance was a lot more expensive i would change them over
