My good chum AndyP a.k.a. 'Q' is in the process of having this done at SE-Nissan. Another fellow and good mate Shaunmac has done this himself...they are the guys to mail matey if you wanna go that route.

It's not to much of a problem either.

Shaunmac is the fella - he did the work himself. I've copped out and SE are doing it for me. Quite a lot of work involved and hard work because both the auto and manual gearboxes are heavy.

I suggest you get the auto and drive it about for a bit, you may get to like it. Then you could go the manual route afterwards if you still want to.

I got SE to do mine too. Transforms the car IMHO, but let's not go there! Key is finding a mannual tranny in good nick at a breakers with all the accessories like vaccuum booster tank, reservoir etc. Drive the auto untill u find one. Autos are fine - no really!

auto's r quicker 2 100mph as well, i wanted a manual one but couldent find a good one in the end i settled 4 an auto it really is fun just wait till u try the kickdown u wont change it then for the world.
