I have just noticed that my boost gauge reads a smidgen over 0 constantly even when I floor it. Funny thing is though I have not noticed a massive drop in power.

Is it possible a pipe has come off.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

It is possible that the pipe to the boost gauge sender has come off or split.

Andy... Christ that was quick.

Where abouts is the boost gauge sender and what does it look like. Do you have a picture.

Thanks Andy,

I will have a look around the bulkhead area for this sender and check the hoses.

Thanks Andy

After looking around under the bonnet I found that a very small black hose had sheared directly where it connects onto the sender.

Do I need to replace it with a special type of hose or can I use something else.

Through my work I can get some 4mm ID clear pvc hose, would this do???

Cheers

Dean.

You could probably use that plastic hose, depends how stong it is. I used a bit of 3.8mm bore fuel injector hose for mine.
