Hi Guys,

 

I've done loads of searches with the above words and have got loads of answers, however, i dont seem able to find out if the gearbox oil is the same oil thats in the engine sump.

Also how you change the oil is a bit sketchy, anybody got some clear instructions on how to do this? (Pics would help).

Engine oil is 10/40

Gear box iirc is 75/90

Now not sure of auto gearbox but on the manual there is a plug directly on the under under the gear box with what looks like a half inch square socket, and one located on the side, I'm not sure if this is the same for the auto though matey

Yours should be Dexron for your box, try this for details

i used dextron and mine emptied of its own acord all over the motor way! bonza
