Got my spoiler back from bodyshop and fitted it over the weekend black strip and decals fitted.:thumbup:next is 99 spec rear lights and clear repeaters and rear side bumper lights.

 

 

and guess where the 99 spec rear lights are comming from

Great Job Gary! I too think the original 89/90's spoiler is still the best looking on the Z. Didnt realise you had a SWB car too, would love to get a look at it sometime as I have never seen one in the flesh also If your ever down my direction let me know and call round.

Got them from above but not listed anymore but you can ring them direct to buy over the phone or they will relist them on ebay. The only thing the black strip was uncut so I had to cut it to shape myself using the black strip on the old spoiler as a template

how did you attach the spoiler?

So its a LWB spoiler then. I have heard LWB and SWB are differant but i cannot see how???

 

SWB is nearer the driver and the LWB is further away from the driver.Every one knows that.

I fitted an 89 spec spoiler from Luke on my LWB and it was a perfect fit this one on the SWB was a little tight but with some fileing it fitted ok but still think theres no difference

 

 

Looks tidy mate, though I'm still unsure exactly what the score is with LWB and SWB spoilers and their compatability with each other, it looks to me like a perfect fit on yours

 

*but on a seperate note mate, you want to get yourself a new punch bag 'cos that one looks like a half padded old sock! :whistling:*

Thanks mate and yes a garage is a must for me, for years I worked outside on my car so to have a garage is pure luxury.
