Rear spoiler

Can anybody tell me if my origial z spoiler which is made of hard rubber be resprayed again. Problem is paint work on it has flaked off, a few body work guys have told me its the water thats got into the spoiler thats caused it. What should i do??? Replace it with a different spoiler??? Any body know where to get different style spoilers for the zed???

Mine needs doing too - bubbly and the occasional split along the edge. My Mandela was happy enough to give me a quote for a respray. So they don't seem to think it will be a problem.

(I haven't done it yet as I was going to ask the boys & girls in the forum for a good paint shop near Heathrow.)

Std spoilers all bubble up eventually. Mine did too. Get a fibreglass replacement from Z centre or another foam one from Nissan (muchos pesetas). Or change the stylee and go for another spolier altogether from Zcentre, johnny, SE etc. If u respray existing it can only be considered a temp fix IMHO.

You probably can spray them IF they haven't got wet. It's basically some sort of sponge, if you lean on it you'll notice that it's a bit flexible.
