Just went down to the spar shop in the Z, pulled up and these two little kids about 11 or 12 were riding around on their bikes, one of them says "Nice car mate ....... what is it?", then the other one says "It's a Nissan" and looks at me and says, "Skyline?". LMFAO

 

He said it as if the Skyline was the only fast car Nissan ever made! I've had a GTR and yes they're fast, but so is the Z lol.

Oh the kid who didn't know what it was, also asked if it would do over 200 mph, to which the kid who knew it was a Nissan but thought it was a Skyline said very condescendingly "Not many cars can do over 200mph you know"

lol i get alot of people asking that as well nice car then what is it what a cracker. Did get a copper too looking it over at petrol station i thought what have i done.

Got asked if it was a Zonda once...my some lads in their late teens :rolleyes: and had small kids refer to it as a "race car".

Kids seam to notice and point at these cars more than adults I think but they never know what make it is.

My 5 year old says it's our race car. He tells everyone he meets that Dad has a racing car! lol

i had one guy ask me once what it was told him a nissan 300 he turned to my wife and said your so lucky id even go out with him for a shot of that lol wasnt really sure what to think haha

Some local kids would always come to see Zedward when I was getting it out the drive, the noise of the exhaust would get their attention!!

One kid I spoke to compared my Zed to a Ferrari. I explained it wasn't quite as fast as that.

I wouldn't count yourself out MasterCookieman, my Zed isn't even running right and it's not that much slower than my GTR was and that used to eat Ferraris for breakfast! :D

Yeah, R32 GTR in Gunmetal Grey. Meines 1Bar ECU, steel tubbies, Twin Plate Paddle Clutch, Blitz Boost Controller (Forget the model) Veilside straight through 4" exhaust and 17" Enkei lightweight race alloys, did 4.3 in the 0-60 time runs at Trax (Silverstone 2003 or 2004 can't remember which) and was around 450bhp, used to leave Ferraris for dust. :D
