Ok guys,

I've spoken with AndyP, our club treasurer, who has given us the go-ahead to use to club accounts for collecting money for club stands at future events.

For those who wish to attend, the deadline is the end of february.

Our thinking is that, should you wish, you can either pay myself or sandy in cash at the meet on the 20th or paypal your money to the club direct.

For those who wish to use the paypal option,

Use our paypal email address paypal AT 300zx.co.uk - replace the AT with an @ - as per usual email address

To save Andy getting a headache, could you please include your Club Username and what the money is for i.e. Modified Live @ Knockhill.

Could you please use the list below to indicate if you'll have a passenger or not. I'm still awaiting confirmation from Nicola about whether we can purchase passenger tickets in advance or on the gate. I'll update this when i hear from her.

yip we will arrange a convoy for all of us going from the west if thats what yous want?

might i suggest stirlin services i ken well have to back track for the kinkardin bridge turn off but means we can get a wee breakfast n that

Well zhoodyx and myself can meet up and head to kilmarnock togther then meetup

with perceptual then three of us head up to glasgow area to join the rest.

the flyover at eurocentral on the m8 would be ideal to meet up with glasgow lads

Which way are you guys planning on approaching? Across the Kincardine bridge? the heading east to Knockhill?

From the past events at knockhill, it gets very VERY busy with different groups meeting up there. So i think we might be best to meet somewhere away from knockhill and go as a club.

If im the only one approaching from the east, it'll be easier for me to catch up with you guys somewhere on the other side of the water.

kinkardin bridge is the easiest way from here

i usually leave bout 6:30 7 o clock means arriving bout 8:30-9am but na traffic, good parking and first in que

I think you might have missed the point.......

We'll be parking just along from the paddock, not over the other side of the hairpin.

We want to be there for about 8-8:30. Stand cars need to be parked up before 10am then the gates open to the public.

well if you wanna head along the m8 mikey could meet me at harthill then on to meet sandy and that then on from there. euro central would be pretty good for most i think

I've been having a word with Sandy about hows best to meet up.

We've thought of something along the lines of:

- Mark, Gordon and lee meet up somewhere.

- Meet up with Sandy and Jim at EuroCentral

- Travel along the M8 and meet myself and delboy at Newbridge Services.

- McDonalds (or the like) for breakfast

- Convoy upto Knockhill, meeting Big Rod on the way.

Sound Ok?

I was gonna suggest meeting up at the McDonalds at the Forth Road Bridge but on an event day, that place is packed with folk either getting food or fuel.

Mine are going away to get polished while the cars getting painted.

Reckon I'm gonna have 2 pull out guys. Was down at Bradford today in the girlfriends car picking up a new car for my parents, and one of those flashing light things off the cones on the motorway was on the road and a lorry fired it up and smashed the bumper on the right corner :( I'm totally pissed off but I need to find the money from somewhere to fix that before I do anything.

So looks like I won't be out much for a while :///

m8 if ye want ye can hitch a ride with me.nae piont in paying for somthing that you arnt gonna use..unless you find somone to buy yer ticket..if not the offers theyre it not a problem on my part
