I made a vindaloo today and used Kashmiri Chillies, I was led to believe that these don't add a lot of heat but my fingers are stinging like fook!!

 

Is there anything I can put on them as water just makes it worse. lol

you will need some sort of liqiud to neutralise the sting, i think milk sometimes work

lol.....you wouldn't believe the amount of jobs I've done with various different items stuck up peoples backsides, but I never got fingers.......:lol::lol::lol:

Slice open an apple, and lay your digits on it !!

 

Same as if you have cooked a curry and its too warm, chop up some apple, green or yellow ones are best and it absorbs the "heat"
