February 4, 201114 yr I made a vindaloo today and used Kashmiri Chillies, I was led to believe that these don't add a lot of heat but my fingers are stinging like fook!! Is there anything I can put on them as water just makes it worse. lol Help......
February 4, 201114 yr you will need some sort of liqiud to neutralise the sting, i think milk sometimes work
