Opinion - Will this bike carrier fit with an OEM spoiler?

Hey,

 

Do you think this will fit on a LWB with an OEM spoiler?

 

I know its just a guess really, I think it will!

 

Just after opinions. I'm currently spoiler-less trying to decide what to do with my rear, I want to fit a carrier in the future, but no good replacing my rear with another OEM spoiler if its going to stop me attaching a carrier.
