the rear ball joint is not sold on its own

you have to buy the full arm, nissan only cost me £220 for the part

make sure it is the b/ball joint and not the rear steering arm ball joint sometimes it looks like the b/b joint has got play in it

but its from the steering arm

Guys,

Can any body tell me where to find info on this forum or anywhere else, that would give me a guide to replacing what i asked about in the top post?? !! .......

cheers Ken smile.gif

ps. Thanks for the tip phill smile.gif

In my trawl of the tech articles I haven't found this. Reckon your best bet is the online manual.

Ken this link should help for the top links - http://www.twinturbo.net/ttnettech/aarms/aarms.html

This shows how to replace with adjustable units but the procedure should be the same up to the removal of the originals then work backwards to replace....

I have these problems on my car too but on offside top link - do you mean the HICAS end link ball joint cos that is what has gone on mine...

CheerZ,

Andy
