Front bumper colour

Bit of a strange one, since I have had the car the front bumper looks like a different colour to the rest of the car.

 

Is this normal as the bumper is a different material to the main body of the car or has it more than likely been sprayed before but with a poor colour match. The bumper seems to be more of a matt type of finish compared to the rest of the car.

    I believe it's normal for a "slight" colour difference cos of the different materials that are being painted.

    I thought as much. The rear bumper is less noticeable but you can tell there is a slight difference in colour. Got the spray cans out to do my fog ducts this weekend so may see if i can get a better colour match now.
