The work begins...

After some serious consideration about selling up and getting something else, I came to the conclusion there was nothing apart from a Supra that I would replace the Zed with so she's in the garage over winter to try and get her running properly.

The main problem I've had with her has been cold starting so there's a few things I'll be trying first and worst case scenario its a new/rebuilt engine! Apart from that she runs great and pulls like nothing else I've ever had!

So here is a few pics so far -

Let's just say my mother wasn't amused with the location of the bonnet in my room haha!

Haha yea Lee have to make sure and not put any dents in it! I'm actually planning on taking the bonnet off my breaker and stripping it down to the bear aluminium and polishing it to have as a change whenever I fancy it :P

By-passing the PCV system (well as soon as I can get some pipe etc.), then Det. sensor by-pass and finally the O2 sensors. If all that fails it will be going the long haul to Birmingham to see if the engine is salvagable or if it would be best to get another one put in!
