Not sure on an N/a Daz but if they are the main Plenum feeds just join em' together.:chinese:

Hi Daz, you need just the 2 pipes (that go to the matrix) if you still have the branches on, either use some pipe to link them or get them cut off and braised up. You dont need any of the tubing or pipe anymore, for the N/A

You werent given duff info lol, you just didnt read it properly :tt2:

Top arrow pipe should be connected over to the passenger side and the bottom

one should connect to a pipe just below on the drivers side.

Ok, nice one, I`ve also joined the middle section too, is this correct?

:tt2: ok, I knew when you and car.mad said just connect the middle that something wasnt right!

ok, i still have to 2 pipes as in my arrow picture, should i just do as Jaikai said and loop them over, or just blank them off

sorry to sound thick but I cant get my head around the circulation of water

Those metal tubes in the arrow are redundant. you can get rid and use the rubber hoses they are connected too, to link the 2 branches on the main pipes.

Give me 20 mins, i will take a pic of my spare engine in my garage, ive done it to. Then you can see what ive done.

You can cap off the tube ends or loop them with pipe, but this is what i did, just to show you what isnt needed any more to compare to your pics.

The white line in pic 1, is one place to join the pipe, i cut mine off.

Best just junking the lot. Lose the rad and all the water pipes and never run the risk of a water leak again :devil2:

Thanks Groover, I really appretiate you going in your garage to take those pics for me, nice one bud.

Right!!, it all makes sense now, its much easier to see when the engine is out, instead of a load of cables and pipes in the way. Nice shiny engine by the way!!

Thanks again bud, will get it sorted tommorrow, good night.

Daz.

No worries mate. Yes its getting there, still a way to go yet, but as you know polishing is a pain lol

I took the two metal pipes off, cut the extra bits off and welded it up, that way no extra pipes to leak and still got main pipes to heater matrix, just as Groover has done
