need a little help, front windscreen washers and wipers work fine, But when i push the switch down to mist the rear the wiper blade does its thing but no water sprays out of the nozzle, are both front and rear wipers on the same relay and fused circuit,????? ( so if the front works the rear should also) or am i looking for a differnt set of relays etc and circuits, any help gratefully recived.

do you here the pump trying? if so, probably just the nupple blocked...

is it the same pump as for the front washers ??????

no theres two pumps one fr front and one for the rear

right then, any idea where the rear one is located, its either the pump at fault as i cant hear it when i press the mist button, the switch or a break in the circuit somewhere, ive checked the nozzles and they seem clean ( pushed a pin in them)

the rear pump is on the same washer bottle,it sits on the drivers side just behind the front wheel arch

i had the same fault could hear the pump but not water coming from the nozzle.i just got a universal replacment and done away with the rear altogether

hmmm, sounds like a right nasty to get at..... ill bet half of the engine needs to come out along with the headlight

no jack up,take the wheel off and its like 6 screws round the arch cover then it sit right theyre it a 5 min job to get to

all done, fixed and sorted, thanks for your help
