I need some new windscreen wipers as mine are looking a little tired.

I would like some new style low profile ones?

what have you got? are you happy with them/ where did you get them from?

^^^ +1 I've got rubber ones too, they do wipe away the rain pretty well, and the occasional fresh bird poop.... :)

I actively seek those guys who stand at traffic lights, and if its raining heavily, i strap one to the roof and give him a tenner at the end of the journey :D

I got some from opie oils. Great wipers, complete arse to fit. Had to mod them to get them on.

I bought some flat blades from Tesco for £8, i have to say work really well, no judder or squeak. My only criticism is the centre mounting/pivot point looks a little bulky.

I bought a pair like this for Julia's Rav; since I had problems with water freezing solid on the sprung metal joints of the traditional wipers. It was a real PITA as the original blade would end up stuck in a crescent shape and this skip over the screen in very cold weather!!

As they were quite cheep I bought a full set for my ZX as well - although I haven't fitted them yet. And yes, I agree with Graham about the mounting point looking a bit bulky......

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
