Plenum question, regarding wiring/plugs

I`m just putting the plenum back on and forgot how the wires to the injectors/coil packs go? do I plug the injector plugs on one side first the sit the plenum on or do they all plug in after the plenum is replaced??

put plenum on first, then plug injectors in after

Beany baby to the rescue!! You know what, I`m a cock, I`ve just looked at my pictures again and it clearly shows them after the plenum!!, I was hoping to hide them under it, but wont bother now, its too cramped under there

CheerZ bean bag

right!!! now I am confused?

Hi Daz, as said the loom is on top of the plenum from factory, which is a pain if you need to get the plenum off again in the future for any reason. After having the plenum polished, hiding them looks so much neater and no problems reported so far from peeps that have done it. HTH

Thats Andy Isherwood's, he spent a long time on it. Im still half way through polishing mine, still finding little bits that need rubbing down. It is a pain lol, but will be worth it in the end.

I had mine done at a polishing shop and it was pants, I`ve completley rubbed it down again and re-polished, but to be honest it aint much better than the shop did!! I get bored too easily and eager to get my car back together

I was going to buy this and still might, as I will get round to perfecting the polishing

Have you used sisal polishing mops with compound? make cutting so much easier. Ive tried many many, discs, varnish removing discs, brillo type discs, different courseness's ( if there is such a word lol)

Ive got a couple of dremel tools as well with lots of different sanding and buffing discs.

Its definitely down to the time and care taken for each grit till its ready to be polished. Its so easy to want to skip steps to get it done lol

Yes, I read one of your posts about the varnish remover disc and I bought the 3 polising mops with compound from halfords it worked a treat, but with me skipping some grits its not as good as it should be, I `WILL` do it again but next year when I`m not so busy at work
