Quick one - my zed is slipping the clutch in 5th at motorway cruising speeds, but the previous owner had the flywheel and clutch replaced less than 5k ago, so i dont think they're worn out - can the clutch just be adjusted better?

yeah, it can be adjusted from the pedal, awkward but pretty straight forward, but if it is slipping, adjusting it will only work if the pedal is already slightly depressed, is there any play in the pedal before if engages? You should have a bit of erm floppyness? before it becomes stiff and engages, if there is no play, it is possible that even after your not pressing it, it could be slightly engaged, although i would've thought it would be more obvious in the lower gears...

A completely pointless exercise, you cant adjust a hydraulic clutch anyhow, you can only adjust the pedal height which alters the biting point at the pedal.once a clutch is slipping its had it end of im afraid bud.And by continuing to drive it youll probaly need a flywheel again instead of just a clutch replacement. So really what are you saving in the long run.

check for the main rear crank seal leaking, might have leaked and contaminated the clutch, either way needs clutch replaced.
