This has popped up on pistonheads needing a possible engine but what a bargin. I did think of getting it myself and using as my big power motor but i dont think a shorty will be big enough so someone buy it and get it in the club :)

I know this car, it origionally had an engine problem about 3 or 4 years ago, it was repaired although I dont know by who and purchased by someone who had it a couple of months and then more engine problems, last time I saw it looked in pretty good condition.

The origional fault was a hydraulic lifter but if it was not repaired properly I guess it could have overheated and done more damage.

Lol I dont really want to sell it, apparently its forged but I dont know the history of it so will keep it for a project car one day. If I sell it and its knackered I'll get beaten up lol :lol:

Iv emailed him with regaurds to the zx he will take £600 for it but he has some bumper ducts and clock rings that he will let go with it aswell,i would be tempted but iv just bought a 2+2 tt manual but some one will get a good deal.

this one is going to live in front of my garage here till i fix it :) quotes for the transporting of it are coming in at £80 at the moment for the 61 miles thing is as well all the wheels are no longer on it so need a new set or 2 of the same type as fitted in the pics

well i have the 19s thats are meant for the black project and in total i will have 3 standard wheels so could put them on and find another. Im not like you with 2 sets of everything in the garage oh and Tompei came to see me today and told me about his trip up to get bits off you :)

Yeah Toms a good egg dealt with him a couple of times. I think I may have a ropey standard wheel if it sees you through.

 

ps theres nothing wrong with having 2 of everything sat in the garage. Its not always true - I've got 3x LH seatbelts lol.
