seems like this should be on here somewhere but i cant find it.

got in the car this morning and it went up to 6 which it hasnt done b4 then slowly went down to about 1 over about 10 minutes,

so the question is.......... should it be on the same pressure all the time, if so what? or is it normal to go up or down?

It's normal, once the engine has warmed it will drop as the oil will be thinner It will also increase when you accelerate. If the pressure drops completely that's the point to worry. Also the oem gauge is not very accurate.

Not very accurate..bloody useless is more to the point lol.

Usual culprit is the sender itself..most just put up with it as they`re about £80.

If it`s high when cold, and low when warm it`s just doing its thing
