Yep, I've got one and its fantastic. Really easy to use but it's not backlit so you can't read it in the dark. Amazon do a cover that has a led light on it though. The screen is unlike any screen I've seen before and uses "electronic ink" the best way to describe it is like a piece of paper. As it's not a normal screen you can read for hours without straining your eyes.

All sounds good, the other half has got a loan of a sony ereader for a few months. If she uses it a lot I will buy her one..

I bought my sis a kindle and cover inc light for Xmas...she absolutely loves it! All the reviews I read before buying gave it 10/10 and I can say from using it myself that the screen is just magnificent. You really can't believe how you can read it and not tire your eyes without trying!

If you're into reading a lot I would highly recommend!

i got the mrs one as a side gift for xmas along with the leather wallet and pull out led light........its been a god send as now she is quiet as a mouse while reading all the time she loves it

My dad got one a few months ago, it's the first bit of technology that I've seen in ages that I've actually been impressed with, simple as it is!

Easy to read, massive battery life (1 month or so without charging?). Only downside is that you don't get the same "feel" you do with a book.

ive always thought this was a sexy bit of kit but I don't read enough to justify buying one. I think they should have a touch-screen so you can 'flick' the pages back and forth like an i-phone/i-pad. probably up the price too much i suppose...
