been looking over the zed an was wondering what this is

 

1)

 

 

2)

 

1) is located under the car above the stearing rack near side

 

2) is located right at the back of the gear box

1 = oil pressure switch/ sensor

2 = speed sensor in the gearbox

ideal thanks, any ideas y the speed sensor wires would be cut

There should be no reason they should be cut, unless its had a manual conversion and hasnt been connected

ok thanks, i'll re do it an see what happens,

The speed sensor looks to be faulty, check teh pics below and the link after for more info.

Remember with the speed sensor not functioning it causes all sorts of issues like:

 

No speedo

Power steering issues

Hicas issues

No Cruise control

Auto box changes will be compromised

Engine ecu will have no speed reference

wires conected, speedo working now, an seems to drive great, does seem to be in kmh tho, an speed says mph, i really dont think i was doing 160 mph lol
