Well I`ve been busy over crimbo getting my car sorted for next year, had lots of chroming and polishing done and done some myself, the plenum came back from the shop very poor so I `ve had to do it again and it still needs a lot of work yet, I was excited today so I put everything together for a trail fit to see what it`s gonna look like, hence these pics

I`ve moulded black gloss perspex over the upper wheel arches and the slam panel for a fresh clean look

I tried to be original with the colour scheme but its very hard to choose a nice colour that hasnt been done, so I`ve gone for a similar shade to Ant300zx`s work of art (my favorite on the club)

Still lots to do but hope you like what I`ve done so far :tt2:

Cheerz groover, yes, made the slam panel from black gloss perspex, still needs the edges smoothing yet but will look good when done and thought it would be different

Lol, sold my digi slr camera to Andy, so gone down to my camera phone for a while, and my other camera is flat, will get some better pics tommorrow as it was bad lighting in my car port, but yes black perspex is moulded to the inner front arches

I think the rear engine skin is a great mod, covers up all the crap at the back. Did you have any fitting issues or was it a straight fit?

you have pretty much done what i was planning on doing to mine! inc the colour scheme. :(

good thing is i know what mine will hopefully look like when done. cracking job daz!!

Yeh, I agree, good bit of cover up, It needed a bit of fitting to get it perfect, mainly around the front section on both sides, I did wonder why it does need this fitting? nothing is straight forward, arnt zeds all the same shape?

Its finished off in candy black with a chrome fleck, not what I wanted but my new spray man did a little experiment and I quite like it now

Thanks, Its sooooo hard to find a good shade, I was determined to find a unique colour, but looking at loads of pics and forums all the best had been done, so Imo this is the best colour, I did ask Ant if he minded that i copied and he said go for it, but I love his and had to go for it

Yeah i do like the colour scheme. I was toying with going black and chrome like Bigman did, but after seeing some other schemes im going for the yellow rocker covers, coil brackets and probably timing belt cover to match the car, im only hoping it doesnt look too garish, but im doing it a step at a time and will stop when i think its ott lol.
