Is there any difference between jap and uk spec headlights if so which is better?

The bulb types are different iirc, and the UK spec lights dip down when you dont have the engine on but the lights are turnt on.

The differences are to do with the vehicle wiring, the headlights themselves are the same.

rip out the electric gubbings and go with some good old fashioned candles, massive improvement. most people opt with hid kits buddy

and taking them out, apart and cleaning them makes a mahoosive difference, and is essential really if fitting hids, my dad just bought me a set off ebay for 28 quid! half n hour to fit and they are the dogs danglies now :)

Also, taking them apart and cleaning them makes a very noticable difference. They may not look dirty inside but they will be.
