been having major!!! problems with my internet access from virgin media, 1 new modem two technicians and half of india later and i am now back online, but i dont know how long for as i am using my old original modem. the "new" one didnt seem to want to leave walled garden so it wouldnt allow data to pass between computer and modem even tho the input signal to modem was ubar strong! ( after tech wound up the juice)
