If the price of fuel keeps going up like it is there will be loads spare regardless of the weather as no-one will be able to afford to fill up.

As talking to a BP garage owner yesterday who told me its goin up another 4p a litre in january and he was told by BP to expect his garage to be at 149.9ltr by easter time.

I would say so yes. because my zed is using it all up :lol:

Yeah, it's getting bloody ridiculous.

I remember when they were protesting when the fuel went up from 73p to 78p a litre. Where are they now?

Someone should really step in and sort this crap out. I mean, when fuel goes up, EVERYTHING goes up. :censored:

Worse than that is that a barrel of oil is the same price now as it was then, so whay has the end product doubled in price?

Would be great value if our cars run on water, but seeing as how they dont then its not really any good as a comparison, lol.

its a way of explaining that putting water into a plastic bottle from a free sorce is far less expensive than drilling 3 miles into the earth from a platform 50 miles into the sea..getting it to shore then onto a refinery where its processed into petrol then transported into our garages for you to buy as much as you like and still less expensive...lets all protest at petrol prices but stop off on the way and pay over a fvkin pound for 500ml of water:sneaky2: the bottled water market is the biggest con trick of mankind much bigger than any oil company and even people that dont drive young and old are buying into it which by numbers is bigger and greater than gasoline consumption....now what was the question again?

Bottled water is a lot cheaper than petrol, about 35p a litre (or cheaper) in Supermarket.

Its all about Quantity though - I buy 70-80 litres of petrol per week. I very occasionally buy half a liter of water, which I would consider a luxury item.

Unfortunatly there is'nt a "from the tap" fuel alternative.
